  We have been in business since 1945 with many happy customers that still return after all this time. We have been operating in boonah for 13 Years with a very successful business. We go out of our way to help our customers and source whatever they require. Robert does all the repairs except setting stones usually with a week turn around. He has great knowledge in this area with a gemmology degree and worked in the family business with his father and grandfather from when he was 10 years old.

  28.7.16 - Note I received today from a happy customer - I have just recently had by engagement ring made to my requirements with Boonah Jewellery & Gifts and had the most helpful and organized service by the owners from designing of the ring to completion of my diamond and ruby engagement ring. I was updated in all the processes and was very very pleased with the results. Sharon Howard.

  Dreadful experience. Wanted to get a ring repaired. Was not told it needed to be sent away for a quote and repairs (found that out later). Did not hear back so went to see them and was told the quote was not yet back and they would ring me when it was. The lady phoned last Thursday and the quote was over $250 (the initial estimate given was around $78). I said I could not afford this. Went in last week to get my ring and was told it was not yet back and that it usually took a while as several items were returned at once. Went in again on Monday and was told it was being dispatched that day but as it was coming from Melbourne it would take a couple of days. I was phoned yesterday to say it was back and when I went to pick it up today I was charged $10 for postage. I was most upset and said I was not told this at the time and the women said they had to pay to send it down and it cost more than this to send it and I had decided not to go ahead with the repair so I was being charged $10 for postage. Silly me I thought the guy that was there was actually a jeweller and did not think I would be charged for a quote. If I had known this in advance I would have gone out of town. I WILL NOT recommend this Jewellers to anyone and will also warn all my friends about my very bad experience and the terrible service. Also I would not give this business any stars but could not right this unless I clicked on at least 1 star.
